Practice on Friday, August 21st, will only be
from 6-7 PM

Each team will wear the following to practice:

• TM: Full Gear

• MM: Spirit pack shirt & shorts, helmet (bring shoulder pads just in case)
• PW: Spirit pack shirts, helmet, and shoulder pads
