Today is a make-up practice for any players have missed 1 or more practices. It will be at the normal practice time (6-8pm).

If your player has been to at least 2 practices, he will need to be in spirit pack shirt, shorts, cleats, and helmet (with molded mouthpiece--only place in boiled water for 8-10 sec max, not the 30 secs that's on the instructions).

If your player has been to 1 or less practices, he will need to be in spirit pack shirt, shorts, and cleats.
